This page explains what data this website collects, and how it is handled.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, your name, email, company, subject, message and IP address (used to prevent abuse) are stored in a database hosted on the site's own server, no third-party service has access to it. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to keep the form secure, and is never shared or used for commercial purposes.

Process Scan

When you take the Process Scan, your answers about your process and a truncated IP address (used to prevent abuse) are stored in the same database on the site's own server; no third-party service has access to it. Your email address, name and company are only stored if you choose to leave them after seeing your result, and are used only to get back to you about that process. Unfinished scans without an email address are deleted after 90 days. If you write to me from one of the scan's questions, your message is linked to your answers, which are then kept with it. Nothing is shared or used for an automated newsletter.

Visitor statistics

This website uses a visitor-measurement tool built in-house, hosted on the same server as the website, with no cookies and no third-party service. Per-visit data (page viewed, truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring site) is kept for at most 90 days, then combined into anonymous daily statistics; the individual data is then deleted. No information is ever shared with third parties.
