Roofing company · Belgium
A company working in flat and pitched roofing asked me to build AI support for three recurring steps in its estimating and sales process. The solution helps the team assess incoming requests, check quotes before they are sent and prepare detailed pricing requests for suppliers. It is built around the company's own rules, documents and terminology.

The research and development team at a semi-public organisation in the construction sector had no structured tool to track its projects or produce consolidated reporting. Tracking relied on scattered documents and informal exchanges between the people involved.
Personal project · in production
LudoExplorer is a personal project, built entirely from scratch, that turns a public dataset about board games into a live recommendation experience. A semi-public organisation in the construction sector was running several transformation projects in parallel: digitising membership management, overhauling the accounting chain, and supporting entrepreneurs through research and onboarding. A semi-public organisation in the construction sector runs a large number of professional events for its members: training sessions, seminars and networking events. Registration, post-event invoicing, no-show fees and attendance tracking were all handled manually at every step.

Mental health sector · 2025–2026
Three independent organisations in the mental health sector decided to build a shared digital ecosystem. Each kept its own autonomy, but all three needed more structure and better alignment in how they tracked their activities.
