A company working in flat and pitched roofing asked me to build AI support for three recurring steps in its estimating and sales process. The solution helps the team assess incoming requests, check quotes before they are sent and prepare detailed pricing requests for suppliers. It is built around the company's own rules, documents and terminology.
Personal project · in production
LudoExplorer is a personal project, built entirely from scratch, that turns a public dataset about board games into a live recommendation experience. It is also a concrete demonstration of the four areas I work on for clients: business and data analysis, automation and applied artificial intelligence.

A family-owned industrial SME, facing growing administrative workload and slow commercial response times, asked us to design a platform of AI agents connected to its existing ERP system. The project is being rolled out progressively, module by module.
