Construction sector · a few months
The research and development team at a semi-public organisation in the construction sector had no structured tool to track its projects or produce consolidated reporting. Tracking relied on scattered documents and informal exchanges between the people involved.
Personal project · in production
LudoExplorer is a personal project, built entirely from scratch, that turns a public dataset about board games into a live recommendation experience. It is also a concrete demonstration of the four areas I work on for clients: business and data analysis, automation and applied artificial intelligence.

A semi-public organisation in the construction sector was running several transformation projects in parallel: digitising membership management, overhauling the accounting chain, and supporting entrepreneurs through research and onboarding. These projects shared resources and priorities, but had no common structure for governing them together.
