Context
A business process still relies on repetitive manual work. My role
I start by understanding the process as it actually works today, including its rules, exceptions and edge cases, before proposing an automation. I consolidate data from several sources into a single flow and turn validated business rules into an automated process, without adding unnecessary complexity.
I deliver a simple interface so your business team remains autonomous in day-to-day use, without relying on IT every time. My goal is a solution that works within your existing environment and that your teams can use independently from the moment it goes live.
A concrete example
For an international manufacturer, a rebate calculation that required five days of manual work was turned into an automated process taking around fifteen minutes. The data came from three different systems and is now consolidated into a single flow. Business teams can validate their scenarios and generate their documents without IT involvement.
