LudoExplorer is a personal project, built entirely from scratch, that turns a public dataset about board games into a live recommendation experience. It is also a concrete demonstration of the four areas I work on for clients: business and data analysis, automation and applied artificial intelligence.

A semi-public organisation in the construction sector was running several transformation projects in parallel: digitising membership management, overhauling the accounting chain, and supporting entrepreneurs through research and onboarding. These projects shared resources and priorities, but had no common structure for governing them together.

The platform of a semi-public organisation in the construction sector serves several distinct profile types: companies, sole traders and individuals, each with different rights and needs. The account creation form asked for all information upfront, regardless of profile, which caused significant drop-off during sign-up.

A semi-public organisation in the construction sector runs a large number of professional events for its members: training sessions, seminars and networking events. Registration, post-event invoicing, no-show fees and attendance tracking were all handled manually at every step.

Three independent organisations in the mental health sector decided to build a shared digital ecosystem. Each kept its own autonomy, but all three needed more structure and better alignment in how they tracked their activities.
