What the scan looks at
One question per screen, in five phases. Depending on your answers, some questions appear or drop out: 15 to 19 questions in total.
- The process: which process it is, how often it runs, how many people are involved and how often the work changes hands.
- The work: the tasks done by hand, the share of the work they represent and the information sources used (emails, documents, spreadsheets, business software, colleagues' knowledge).
- The rules: whether the work is always done the same way, whether it is documented, whether the decision rules are clear and how exceptions are handled.
- The friction: how easy the information is to find, how often work has to be redone and why, and, if you wish, what bothers you most, in your own words.
- The stakes: what these difficulties cost the organisation and, where relevant, how much time they take each week.
Frequently asked questions
Which processes is the scan suited to?
Any recurring process in an organisation: customer requests, quotes, orders, invoices, document handling, reporting, planning, sales follow-up, internal requests or operations. The scan covers one concrete process at a time; you can run it again for another one.
Do I have to leave my email address?
No. The full result shows as soon as you answer the last question. Only then, and only if you want to, can you leave your details so we get back to you.
Does the scan use AI?
No. Your answers are interpreted with a fixed analysis method, the same for everyone: identical answers always give the same reading.
How long does it take?
About 5 minutes. Most questions take one click, and you can go back to the previous question at any time.
What happens to my answers?
They are stored on the site's own server; no third-party service has access to them. Unfinished scans without an email address are deleted after 90 days.

What can the scan not determine?
This first overview does not yet tell us:
- which technologies would be appropriate;
- how much could be saved;
- whether automation is technically feasible;
- which data would need to be integrated;
- what a possible solution would cost.
Answering these requires looking at the process in its real context.
Don't start from AI. Start from the work to be done.
We analyse the process first. Only then do we decide whether AI, automation, better organisation or simply a clearer process is the right answer.
